You will leave this program with the knowledge and tools to make changes that support your mood, energy levels and hormone health. You manage everything else in your life - work, personal life, commitments, now is the time to learn how to manage your hormones. NB you may feel a tiny bit angry that you didn’t learn this stuff in school, I know, I know, same here.

This 12 week course is for women who are ready to prioritise their health and feel good in their body again. You will have access to live weekly sessions, combining bitesize education sessions, workshops and Q + A support sessions as well as a live chat function for the duration of the program.

Step 1:
Hormone Fundamentals
In order to optimise our health, we need to understand where we’re at in the first place. We’ll be covering Hormone Health basics in our first month:

Step 2:
Overcoming Overwhelm - What is Stress Anyway
Healthy Hormones are not possible if our stress response is completely frazzled - unfortunately for most of us, this is an ongoing balancing act. This month is all about getting a better understanding of our stress response and nervous system. We’ll be identifying the major stressors in our own lives and putting things in place to manage our stress and maximise our resilience:

Step 3:
Detox - Leverage your Liver + Microbiome
When we’re thinking about having healthy hormones - we need to remember that the body also needs to dispose of them in a healthy way. This is where our microbiome and liver come in. This month we’ll be going into how to support healthy hormone detoxification as well as how our microbiome can support this, as well as its impact on our mood symptoms:
